Body Art

Modern technology has taken mummification to a whole different level naturally, after death the body goes into decomposition at a fast rate, this causes the internal body structure and the flesh to disintergrate, leaving nothing but hair and a skeletal remainder.Consequentially, anatomist had very little to comprehensively study a decaying corpse.
That all changed when a German anatomy assistant named Gunther Von Hagens invented and patented  a preservation method called plastination. The procedure involves the use of a vacuum that desiccates the bodily fluid from a cadaver and substitutes them with plastic polymers.

The finished result is fully preserved pliable bodies that Von and his team of assistants transform into works of art by peeling the corpse open and by creating anatomically correct sculptures using hundreds  of donated bodies.

After Von refined his plastination method he started BODY WORLDS-a traveling  and controversial exhibition of plastinated specimens that are displayed in dynamic poses. There's “the reclining women in the eight month of pregnancy” She recumbent on her side with her midsection cut open to reveal her fully developed fetus.

Von exhibits have already attracted more than 25 million paid attendees since 1996 when it was first unveiled.Scientist consider Von exhibitions to be nothing  more than a three dimensional medical dictionary, but to Von detractors and Catholic boycotters he's "Dr.death with a traveling freak show" who has raked in millions of dollars by "playing with dead bodies"
His exhibitions cover every aspect of the human anatomy along with dozens of plastinated bodies, there's an array of organs displayed in glass cass, everything from 23 feet of intestines to enlarged spleens, hearts, brains, bowels, wombs, genitalias, down to nicotine-charred lungs.
Von cornucopia of body parts are furnished from the two labs in China and Kyrgyzstan where he employs more than 200 proficient anatomists. The bodies are provided soley from uncompensated volunteers who donate their corpse to Vons Body Worlds.Infact one segment of the exhibit is entirely devoted to expoding the donation  procedures. Thousands of living people have already signed up to donate their remains once they pass away.

Toxins In Fish Consumption

As a devoted fish eater,I tend to second guess and keep in mind the safety of the fish I put on my plate living in this impure environment. That fish we are about to consume from the local market could possible be risky to our health.

Fish contains plenty of nutrients and fatty acids that vitalizes the mind. It's also high in protein a substance that fosters strength development and muscle growth.
However, due to extensive oceanic pollution, fish is also high in toxins such as mercury poly    chlorinated biphenyl and lead that the fish absorb into their nervous system.Mercury is an extremely poisonous substance thats bioaccumulative in those who indirectly consume it by eating contaminated fish.

The environmental protection agency strongly urges females who are pregnant or who may become pregnant to refrain from ingesting tuna or swordfish due to the fact that they're indubitably defowled with vast  quanties  of mercury which can induce fetal brain defects and other deformities.
In general you should completely discontinue eating anything that is presumed to be tainted with toxins because they have the ability to linger in the body for long periods of time.
Ongoing and steadily progressive studies have discovered that  the incremental cancer rate is partially and largely because of the consumption of contaminated food.

Wild Alaskan salmon, mahimahi, farm tilapian and pacific halibut fish  are said to be low in toxins.Notwithstanding,if you ultimately choose to discontinue eating fish you could and should resume obtaining its nutrition benefits by taking cod liver oil capsules multiple times per week.
Tofu is a great substitute for fish because it's high in Omega 3 fatty acids and protein. Its  also known to reduce high cholesterol,Tofu can be boiled with soups or stir fried. It can also be found in supermarkets made to taste like hot dogs, chicken patties, hamburgers, etc.

To reverse the effects of eating contaminated fish, drink black tea regularly, because it's been shown to munify the probablity factor for developing numerous forms of cancer. It also combats high blood pressure and cholestrol along with depression and other ailments.
The active ingredients of black tea also fuses with mercury in the system and escorts the toxins out of the body during bowel movements and micturition.Refrain from adding milk to your  tea because,it diminishes the teas curative effects.

Monkey Pox

More and more pathogens that are cummunicable from animal to man are emerging, putting humanity at stake  for new epidemics that could utimately catalyze a rapid population reduction.Sars,Nipah, and The Hendra Virus are just a few diseases that surfaced in recent years.

Contagions are a microsopic life form of their own, they thrive off of infections in the same manner animals hunt food,or the way humans shoot deers, for recreation.Pathogens are mans only and most feared predators,HIV the virus that causes AIDS was the first identified in 441 white American men in 1981,but by the year 2002,it invaded every nation, infecting 38 million people, while claiming the lives of 20 million others,as well as an untold amount of Chimpanzees. Now,Monkey pox is raising out of its Kingdom to infect man and other animals.

It has the ability to deceive and elude researchers, leaving scientist perplexed on how its transmitted. In 2007 doctors saved the life of a native of the Democratic Republic of  Congo, formely known as Zaire, when he was discovered on the  brink of death,Monkey pox pustules covered his body from head to toe they were also clustered inside of his orifices, obstructing his ability to swallow. An IV tube in his arm feeds him nutrients and keeps him alive.

An outbreak of MPX in the mid-Western part of the United States in 2003 highlights this virus’s capacity to suddenly emerge from its endemic regions in surprising clusters of infection with an atypical clinical presentation.

There are ongoing work is to explain the epidemiology of monkey pox and other emerging infectious diseases through active disease surveillance in remote regions of central Africa with subsistence hunters and other individuals who live and work at the human-animal interface and are at high risk for cross species disease transmission. These individuals represent an important sentinel population for monitoring viral disease emergence in a region from which numerous emerging infectious diseases(EIDs), including ebola, monkeypox, and marburg have been known to recur.

Collaboration with two Drs. from the Whitehead Institute/MIT and at Stanford University are studying the responses of hospitalized patients with MPX in a rural hospital in the Democratic Republic of the Congo using powerful genomic tools including microarray analysis in order to develop a comprehensive picture of the global gene expression patterns associated with human monkey pox infection. This study is funded by the Keck Foundation.

Awarenes Of Human Papiloma Virus(HPV) In Women

Women need more awareness about their health and negative susceptibilities they face such as cervical cancer. The cervix is located at the top of uterus  between the ovums and the fallopian tubes. From the years of 1955 and 1992,cervical cancer was the leading cancerous killer of women.

However it has since experience  a 74 percent reduction rate in deaths due to an increase of pap tests that consist of a pelvic exam gynecologist who extracts cells out of the cervix for anatomization for any abnormalities in the cellular structures that can detect the cancer even before it formulates.
This permits the cancerous cells to be arrested with proper treatment.Cervical cancer is  induced after a female has contracted the human papilloma virus(HPV) during sexually contact with an infected partner. There are over 200 papilloma virus strains. One common case causes genital warts in the shape of a white cauliflower. Another strain causes skin warts usually on the hands or feet.

Both can only be removed with a salicyclic acid compound that can be purchased at any drug store. If this compound is inaffective cryosurgery may be necessary.Out of all 200  papillom virus strains only 15 of them are known to heighten the cervical cancer threat.

HPV Vaccination
To decrease your risk factor for HPV,practice safe sex,get a pap test done yearly and get  vaccinated because it defends the body against cervical cancer caused by four different HPV strains.
There are two HPV vaccines available to protect against the types of HPV that cause most cervical cancers. Both vaccines are usually given as a 3 shot series. Clinical trials and post-licensure monitoring data show that both vaccines are safe.
Based on information available today, CDC continues to recommend HPV vaccination for the prevention of most types of cervical cancer. As with all approved vaccines, CDC and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) do continue to monitor the safety of HPV vaccines.Any problems which is detected with these vaccines will be reported to the health officials, health care providers, and the public. Needed action are being taken to ensure the public’s health and safety.
Gardasil: Was first FDA licensed  in 2006. Gardasil is recommended for 11- and 12 year-old girls, and also females 13 through 26-year-old who were not previously vaccinated. It  is also recommended for 9- through 26- year-old males to protect against some genital warts. The safety of Gardasil was studied in clinical trials with over 29,000 females and males before it was licensed. This vaccine protects females against HPV types 6, 11, 16, and 18.
Cervarix:The second vaccination to be FDA licensed in 2009. This vaccine is recommended for females 10 through 25 years of age. The safety of Cervarix was studied in clinical trials with over 30,000 females before it was licensed. Cervarix protects females against HPV types 16 and 18.
Although, vaccination for HPV exist, its not absolutely necessary especially for the women who exceed the approved age because yearly pap smear test is sufficient at detection and cancer prevention.

Key To Immortality

Cryogenics has a long history and a promising future. It's the key that unlocks longevity and life after death cryogenics is the scientific study of extremely cold temperatures usually under-150 degree.

Studies of this field began in 1823 in the United Kingdom and has since evolved into different ramifications such as cryobiology that involves freezing micro-organisms and studying the effects low temperatures have on different life forms.
Another branch of cryogenics is cryonics which is the preservation of deceased humans by way of deep freezing in the likely possibility that scientist could thaw the bodies and resurrect them in the far future with advancements in cloning and medical technology.

One logical way this can be achieved is removal of the brain from the deceased and surgically transplant it into the skull of a cloned body.Presently cryogenics is being utilized in cryosurgery to treat Parkinson disease. This surgical process involves using a compact cryogenic instrument to freeze and demolish individualized portions of diseased tissue as well as brain tumors. This method is also being used to contain the proliferation of cervical cancer.

The latest break through in cryogenics will enable medics who are responding to disasters or accidents to inject freezing cold liquid silicon into moribund victims. In doing so the victim is nearly frozen and their heart barely beats. This prevents them from dying on their long journey to the hospital where their body temperature is reduced to normal upon arrival and surgery ensues.

While most of society remains frozen in the past, cryogenics is accelerating into the future.

Cancer Sniffers

A California clinic is training Labrador Retrievers to sniff  and detect lung cancer in humans in the same manner that is used to train drug sniffing dogs.

The canine were presented with breath samples of cancer patients and of robust people that was secreted in plastic containers if the dog smelled cancer it sat down and received a treat.

The canines have a 99 percent accurancy and could  some day be used to warn its owner about cancers insidious incipientness.

Medical Science-Back To The Future

It's already a well known fact that Egyptians were experts in carving and building pyramids along with mummifying the dead, but as it turns out they were also phenomenally advanced in medicine.

The Egyptians became conversant with the human anatomy when they evisicerated the deceased in preparation for burial and mummification.

According to the translations of an Ancient Egyptian papyrus scroll which dates back to 1600B.C. and is the wold earliest discovered medical test, the Egyptians were not only skilled at preserving the dead but they also became highly advanced in preserving life.

The 4,000 year old scroll illuminates that Egyptians were centuries ahead of their time, they properly treated broken bones cephalic wounds and facial wrinkles.Their medical modus operandi involved simple surgery such as utilizing stitches to close gashes and using honey as on application to cuts, which has natural antiseptic benefits.

The ancient scroll also contain magical healing rites and passages, but the majority of it is sensible and is strikingly modern. The papyrus text was more than likely a medical reference  guide for treating war wounds. It expounds on 48 different cases such as placing moldy bread on open wounds to fight infections and other diseases.

The Egyptians clearly understood the logics of penicillin and they were cognizant that the heart circulated blood throughout the body. The Europeans  however, believed until the 17th century that blood was immobile and that the heart contained bone matter.

Surprisely the scroll is in correlation with our modern medical practices.

Disease Update-On Plague Buildup In The Arteries!

Strokes are one of the leading causes of death in America. It claims the lives of over 50,000 US citizens annually while impairing nearing 600,000 others. A stroke is caused when arterial plaque builds up in a vessel leading to the brain and hinders the blood flow. When the same happens to a vessel that leads directly to the the heart it causes a heart attack.

Symptoms of a stroke includes numbness or a strange sensation that afflicts one leg or arm, debilitation that affects one entire half of your body, the sudden lost of vocal ability or delayed speech. In the event you experience any of these symptoms seek medical attention immediately and as you wait the arrival of an ambulance  chew two aspirins, this will accelerate its medicinal benefits that includes thinning of the blood, which will mitigate clogging.

Brief bouts of these symptoms is often suggestive that one is suffering from Transient  Ischemic Attack(TIA).This condition is also known as a mini stroke and usually occurs before the onset of a much more deadlier stroke that can cause death or incapacitation.

Strokes can happen to anyone whos usually over the age of 34 at any given time and are induced by a number of factors that includes consumption of foods that are processed, fried and  or high in saturated fat and cholesterol.

Once the body breaks down unhealthy foods the grease and cholestrol is absorbed into the bloodstream where it accumulates in the veins until it hardens. This is what stops or hinders the flow of blood and can be fatal because the brain is deprived of oxygen.

This cholesterol build up is known as plaque and is also called lipids, and it begins as soon as you start to eat unhealthy foods as a child  and gradually increases with the amount you consume.

People with high  blood pressure and diabetes and those who are obese have a heightened risk for strokes and heart attacks. Those who smoke or constantly inhale second hand smoke also have an elevated risk for stokes because smoke promotes arterial build up. Insufficiently brushing your teeth is another factor because plaque resides on your teeth and can seep down below the gum lines and enter the bloodstream.A Healthy diet and excercising can stave off strokes. An added defense is to take one aspirin  per day and to eat plenty of oatmeal because it absorbs cholesterol from the body.
